1. The service
DueKindly is a browser-based tool that helps you plan and write payment reminders. You are responsible for the emails you send and for keeping backups of your data, which is stored only on your device.
2. Free and Pro
The Free plan is free forever with the limits shown on the pricing page. Pro is a subscription ($6/month or $49/year) sold through Lemon Squeezy, our merchant of record, which also handles taxes, receipts and cancellations. A license key unlocks Pro on your devices.
3. Cancellation and refunds
You can cancel anytime; Pro remains active until the end of the paid period. Contact us within 14 days of a payment for a full refund. Cancelling never deletes your invoices.
4. Not legal advice
Templates and late-fee calculations (UK Late Payment of Commercial Debts (Interest) Act 1998, EU Directive 2011/7/EU) are general information and estimates, not legal or financial advice. Reference rates must be confirmed by you. Check with a qualified professional before taking formal action.
5. Acceptable use
Don't use DueKindly to harass anyone or to send messages that are threatening, misleading or unlawful.
6. Liability
DueKindly is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for lost data, unpaid invoices or indirect losses. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the last 12 months.
7. Changes
We may update these terms; material changes will be announced on this page.
